Penn State Nittany Lions women's volleyball is a perennial NCAA Division I powerhouse with multiple national championships (most recently 2024). Under head coach Katie Schumacher-Cawley (entering her 5th season in 2026, with contract extension through 2030), the program consistently recruits top-5 national classes. The primary way for prospective student-athletes to connect is through the official recruiting questionnaire. Coaches evaluate players through club video/stats, tournament performance, and their high-profile summer camps. The program emphasizes not just talent but also academic excellence and competitive character.
