Overview

This policy explains how VolleyIntel and the VolleyIntel Autofill Chrome extension collect, use, and protect information.

Information We Collect

On the VolleyIntel website, we collect account and authentication information through Clerk, and product usage analytics through PostHog.

In the Chrome extension, we store autofill context and profile answer data locally using Chrome storage so autofill can run across questionnaire steps.

When autofill runs, page text and interactive form element metadata are sent to the VolleyIntel API to match your profile answers to questionnaire fields.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, operate the product, autofill recruiting questionnaires, improve matching quality, and keep the service reliable.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run VolleyIntel, such as authentication, hosting, and analytics providers.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Extension local storage can be cleared at any time by removing extension data in Chrome.
